Abstract
The international public law was firstly conceived as a unitary system of laws. However, with the appearance of the globalist development, this mechanism has started to evolve into a fragmented outcome that has led to deformalization and decentralization. Nevertheless, it can be observed other consequences suc h as the emergence of the self contained regimes, the proliferation of the judicial bodies and the conflict theory of norms. Hence, considering the for and against doctrinal arguments, this scientifica l article has the aim to determine the scope of the cha llenges arisen from fragmentation.
